The service

Comply (operated by Post Slate) takes user-uploaded video and produces broadcast-compliant deliverables: closed captions in multiple formats, audio-description scripts, and synthesized voiceovers. Output quality depends on the source video and is not guaranteed for broadcast acceptance — users are responsible for QC before delivering to broadcasters or platforms.

Credits

Comply uses a credit system. Credits are sold in non-refundable packs and never expire. One job consumes 1–3 credits depending on video duration. Credits are non-transferable between workspaces. Failed jobs (where no deliverables were produced) are automatically refunded.

Acceptable use

You retain all rights to videos you upload. You agree not to upload content you do not have the right to process, content that infringes on third-party rights, or content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be in violation.

Liability

Comply is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
